Something people always ask me when I tell them about this game is: "So I need 4 people just to play it?" Normally, I tell them that you should be able to, but I don't know for sure. So, is there one player, or do you need internet/three friends just to play the game?

I wouldn't think so. . . you would probably just pick which ever instrument you wanted to play

Yep, there are both solo and multiplayer modes. Check out my first blog post for (slightly) more info.

Thanks. I figured that there would be a one player mode, I just wasn't sure.

So, that means you can simply buy a guitar or bass or drum set or mic by itself and play with only that instrument on your 360?
Hm... and then multiplayer would require an internet connection so you could play with others with all the other instruments.
Ok, glad I finally have some sort of grasp of that. Because the 360 only has two controller ports.

There IS a third controller port in the back of the 360, and it does support USB hubs. And if they use a wireless microphone, it would work fine.

Oh, wow. Glad that I can go with my original plan and get three other people to pool their money with me and dump everything at a house with a 360.:)

What I wanna know is whether or not I'll need to play 2-player to be able to sing and play bass at the same time
My guess is most likely
