Free EA game?

There was an announcement that I can't seem to find now saying we get a free EA game if our equipment was defective. I've heard no mention of this since.

What's the deal with it?

I think they send you an email if you have been waiting for more than a week or so for a replacement.

The free game was only for people who RMA'd within the first day or two of the game's release. Those people had like a 2 week wait for their new guitars, and so were offered a free game.
