i know you can create create a character, but it would be so cool if you could get real guitarists and drummers, guitarists like: jimmy page, jimi hendrix,eric clapton slash (who is in guitar hero 3) ritchie blackmore, eric clapton, pete townshend, drummers: john bonham, keith moon, ian paice, roger taylor, ginger baker, neil peart, phill collins, vocalists:freddie mercury, robert plant, axl rose, ian gillen, roger dawltrey, mick jaggar etc.

pretty sure that's thw whole idea of create a charectar just make whoever you want to be in the game. I'm sure there will be create a charectar websites with peoples own versions of famous musicians to bring into the game.

people will definitely try to create many famous rockers, and then post which parts theyve chosen

After playing many games with create-a-character mode, if they have enough parts to choose from, almost every rockstar will be made but it wont look exactly like them

If its a in depth CAC mode, the likeness of any said character could be very detailed.

I believe it was the 40min Gamespot video that spoke about Create-A-Character. The Gamespot interviewer asked if there would be famous musicians, or if you can create them.

The Hmx rep (forget which one) said that with the create-a-character, it would be in-depth enough so that you could make a character that looked like a famous musician.

Of course as someone said, it won't look exactly like them, but you could probably make a close resemblance.

I would hope that the developers would continue to expand upon the game not only with DLC for songs, but also DLC for the character creation. Hey, let's go farther and add DLC that affects the venues or perhaps gives more venues. I personally would love to see the Satyricon from here in Portland, OR as a venue to play in. A minor dream of mine, but Harmonix could make it come true. :cool:

Perhaps a "randomize" choice. But the GH characters still exist in Guitar Hero. I doubt any will be in Rock Band :(

I will be making my own original characters for my main band, but it might be a fun diversion to 1) recreate an entire band, like The Who, and then play through their album (Who's Next) or 2) make your own supergroup
