Rock Band in QATAR

Just wanted to say to everyone here and to Harmonix...

I'm in the U.S. Army, and I'm currently deployed to Qatar (small country on the persian gulf, close to iraq and iran) and I'll be here for 9 more months. The PX here on post just got the game Rock Band in (just the game, not the bundle kit :(

After buying it, GH2 with controller (only guitar they had for the xbox 360 at the PX) and a wireless headset, myself and about 15 of my fellow soldiers spent 5 hours playing the game for the first time last night playing the guitar and lead singer parts... and O M G.. wow, some of the most fun I've ever had in a game!

Thank you harmonix for coming out with such an awesome game. Now I'm trying to get the Rock Band bundle kit for the xbox360 sent to me, hopefully! Can't wait to start playing the drums!!

Thanks again for blowing the pants off Guitar Hero! looking forward to more rock band games and downloads...

Yeah, the drums are amazing. The whole game is amazing, but if you think it's fun now, wait untill you get the drums and three or four people playing at the same time. :-)

well, jason, from one active duty to another, thank you for what you are doing and/or have done. keep your head down, and pull that trigger.

this game is definitly going to bring you and your troops some needed relief from your everday tasks. I have a lot friends over there now and a few are about to leave in the next week(well, they are in Iraq, not Qatar).
