Okay, so it sounds like a joke. But then again, so was Trogdor by Strong Bad. And people were extremely excited about that song. Metalocalypse has had a huge cult following as of recently.

Sure it's late to incorporate any of these songs into the game itself, but can you imagine the [adult swim] and online community response to downloadable tracks? This would be phenomenonal.

I like Metalocalypse as a show and thier songs are hilarious to me, but I just can't get past the fact that they are a joke band. It's like claiming that you like Tenacious D. Everyone knows that they are just a comedy outfit. They do deserve respect for having real metal musicians as guest voices, and exposing metal to a wider audience. But there's kids out there who go around and say how Dethklok is teh r0xx0rz and have never listened to Children Of Bodom, Helloween, Testament, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Nevermore, and so many others. That kinda pisses me off. You can't really even get the jokes unless you know metal at least a little.

Theres a lot of Metal related jokes and easter eggs, but I dont get any of them because many of them a death metal references. SOmetimes I know the band and what they are referrencing, but I dont catch on to it cuz I dont know, Im no good at that sort of thing lol
