View Full Version : MIA 360 Guitar...

Ok, so I'm really happy that EA and Harmonix have been standing behind their products and have really kept up with and honored the returns process. I had a first day 360 guitar (i.e. broken lol) and sent it back to EA using the plan where they send you an empty box, you send back the broken one, and then they send you a new guitar.

I received my box and sent it back to EA, my tracking number informs me they received it on December 14. It's now January 14 and I still have not gotten my guitar returned to me.

I thought maybe I missed the UPS guy so I checked in my front office, they haven't gotten it yet either. So I'm curious, where do I go and who do I talk to to get my guitar back? I did a return on a drum set while the other return was going and got the whole thing settled in a week. Something is obviously mixed up or sent to the wrong place or something and I really kinda want my guitar back :/

Any insight on the next step I should take would be greatly appreciated.

While not as long, mine was sent back and recieved awhile ago. I havn't recieved any tracker numbers or a new guitar. I opened my ticket almost a month ago.

I've been using my GH2 Xplorer, but I really wanna use the Strat. Harmonix, what's going on, huh?
