No Audio In Certain Sections of Song

Hello, I was wandering if any moderator or humble rocker can help me with my problem. When I play certain songs, for example Should I Stay or Should I Go, there is no audio in certain parts of the song. If I hit the note, no sound. If I miss, no sound. My disc ws scratched somewhat so I sent it to be rebuffed and it still has the same problem. I tried to play it on a friends 360 and it worked fine. Is there anyone that can give me a remedy or some insight into the problem. Thanks you very much.
