I recently got back from vacation and found that my friends did not return the replacement guitar (incident number: 071127-006324).

I looked up my info on the EA site and it said the status was RMA Cancelled.
Does this mean I can't send it back for a refund?
And the guitar was sent out recently but I worry that it will just be sent to EA and I won't get any credit or even have a broken guitar for my $125.

Right now both guitars are broken and have the strum problem... So I'll need to send the "new" one back as well. We also got another one from a separate set that has a broken wammy bar. These guitars make me sad.

That's why I didn't go express. I go to college and have a P.O. Box and they won't deliver to those. Why? I don't know, so if you live in an apartment or a condo, you're SCREWED. So I don't know when I can send my drums in, but hey, at least we can.

UPS/FedEx/any other express delivery company will not deliver to a po box. Standard policy as sometimes those companies deliver packages that require someone to sign and obviously the odds of someone being at a po box to sign when the package is delivered are not very good. Also, at po box places it would be too easy for someone to intercept a package that was delivered.

Another thing, a PO BOX is different than an apartment/condo that has a central area in the community where all the mailboxes are located. The delivery company can still deliver to those because they can go to the actual apt/condo and attempt to deliver. So if you live in an apt/condo you should be okay.

This is not an EA/HMX policy so don't blame them.
