Ok so I'm dealing with a broken drum set x2 for red pads, broken guitar for double strum, and cracked bass pedal. I get my 2nd drum set a few days ago, works great so far but the bass pedal's unpluged awaiting the express replacement thats still not here. I come home tonight and the wifes cleanded house, company coming in from out of town tomorrow. Well I disconnected the pedal from the drum set cause its broken and left it in out. She runs the vaccume cleaner and isn't paying attention and ran right over the cord for the pedal, ripped it right off the pedal about 2 inches up. I just spent 30 mins taking apart the vaccume to get the cord unwound. Am I now screwed out of $125 for a replacement? Anyone who can answer this is from Harmonix please do so.
