Wow, where is my guitar?!!??!

I registered my guitar on the 5th, one day after I got Rock Band. All this time, it's been saying "New RMA" until last Friday, which changed to "Complete". I don't even have a clue what it means. I also got a email on Friday which said that all Canadian RMA registered before the 9th were shipped. Now obviously my isn't! What the hell, EA? I've been waiting for 10 days now. Come on EA, at least give me response. But nooooo, they do nothing about my issue.

If anyone can help me, my reference number is:

"Complete" is the equivalent of them recieving your broken guitar. Which you didn't have to send if you requested your RMA before the 9th. "Shipped" means it's in the mail... It does NOT mean it's been to delivered to everyones homes. So yours should be arriving within the next few days.

I think you're being a little impatient and didn't read the email carefully. They said to wait until the 16th before you start getting worried about recieving your guitar. I registered for an RMA on the same day and I was able to find the answers to these questions on my own. I haven't recieved my yet either but am expecting it to be here soon. Doesn't hurt to look dig a little. Like in the Canadian Warranty and RMAs (http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21818) thread pinned at the top of the page. >_>

Mine says "Parts Shipped", but the tracking number they gave me still only says "Billing Information Received" like it has from the beginning.

Yeah I'm probably a bit paranoid. But it's the 16th tomorrow, and nothing yet...
