First, it's been comfirmed that ea received my guitar like a week ago...and i called last night to check the status cuz i've heard nothing and on the support.ea.com page it just says status updated by EA like a week ago...which nobody can or will tell me what that means. But anyways, how will I know what my tracking number is WHEN and IF they ever send the new guitar back to me? UPS sent my box to me, then i dropped it off to be sent out, the next day it came back to my house, so i dropped it off again and a few days later went to check it and nobody could tell me where it was....well after 3 hours on the phone with ups finally they found it. They had delivered it to a gamestop , which delayed it getting to EA by another day. Anyways, how can i get the new tracking number cuz i wanna keep close tabs on ups cuz they suck thanks
