My guitar was broke. I got on the website and was able to request that a new one be sent to me. I chose the express option. I got my new guitar and sent the old one back. I was told that I would be notified when my old guitar was recieved so I wouldn't be charged 125 dollars. It's been over two weeks now and I haven't heard anything from you guys. I tried asking questions in the EA Periphial support area but nobody ever responds or answers them. I don't want to get stuck with paying the 125 bucks when I shipped the other guitar back. Please Help Me. I'm tired of being ignored.
