Foreplay/Long Time Drums Hard

Can't get past the beginning (16%) on this song, its so annoying. any tips?

If you know music, especially Jazz, think of those notes as swing time.

If you don't know jazz, but know music, realize that these are triplets, or 6/8 time, whichever is easier for you to keep track of. The Crash/Pedal is the first note of the triplet, the second triplet is a rest, and the third triplet is the snare/red, which of course leads into the next crash. Saying "Triplet" out loud in time with the triples can help with this.

If you don't know Jazz or Music, you're going to just have to practice. Again, saying 'triplet' every beat can help with some people. Good luck.

when you get to the part where you are hitting red, then green and bass, dont think. Just wait tilll you can start on the bass note, and go. If you start messing up, dont just keep going. Pause, and start on one of the next notes. Eventually you will start nailing it. If you start thinking about it, you start messing up, just let your arm and foot move and you will be fine.

If you really need to get through it like halfassing it, just concentrate on the green and bass through the triplet part and that should get you through the foreplay part.

For the part where it's red, then immediately green+bass I went to practice and just did that part until I could hit it. I just focused on the red and just figured out the timing so that I hit the green+bass at the correct time. Once you figure out the timing you should be able to do it.

Also be sure you are hitting the green and orange at the sime time, you may be missing them and thinking they are going at the same time, that will drain your meter right quick.
