...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead - It was there that I saw you. - Great song with good melody and lots of strumming but nothing too complicated. Has the bridge right after the first chorus though so thats interesting.

A Perfect Circle - The Hollow - Deep groove with drums and base and lots of nice arpeggios on the guitar, might be too short though.
- Judith - Might be a better pick

Andrew W.K. - She is Beautiful - Yeah Party Hard rocks too but this one might be more fun to play, especially with the awesome intro and the lightning quick guitar riff.

Arctic Monkeys - Brainstorm
- Teddy Picker

Billy Idol - White Wedding
- Rebel Yell

Darkness! - Black Shuck - How this hasn't been picked yet is beyond me. Incredible Guitar riff, insane high-pitched vocals ( they have Rush in there already so I know they don't mind) and killer solos
I - believe in a thing called love - Same reasons

Def Leppard - Pour some sugar on me - you know you want to.

Eagles of Death Metal - I gotta feelin( just ninteen) - nice scuzzy rockabilly

Franz Ferdinand - The Fallen - killer groove and so much fun to try and sing

Green day - Jesus of Suburbia - Rock band needs a nice 9 minute closing track

Interpol - PDA
- Slow Hands

Jet - Are you gonna be my girl - not the most original song but would fit the game perfect in that whole band kind of feel
- Rollover DJ - Catchy as hell

Killers - Mr. Brightside - Too pop you say? This song is freaking perfect for rock band. Tricky guitar part. Nice groovy bass that doesn't just mimic the guitar like most band do. Great melody to sing along to. And the DRUMMING, my god, the guy doens't repeat a single fill. Seriously its amazing to listen to.

Modest Mouse - Dashboard - It's cool how all the elements keep adding up

Offspring - Defy You - Not their most well known but probably their best. I love the 2bar tease of the bridge after the first chorus. Genius

Raconteurs - Broken Boy Soldier - Creepy, creepy song. tricky drum fills, good bass line, and a spooky guitar line and melody makes for a perfect song
- Steady as she goes

Radiohead - Airbag - Awkward syncopated drum beats, Nice trills during the second verse
- My Iron Lung - Takes a while to get going but this is probably the most rocking song you'll ever hear
- Just - 3 different endings and one hell of a solo at the final end

Rage against the Machine - Sleep now in the Fire

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Soul to squeeze
- Dani California - This would be awesome with 4 people all rocking out.
- Hump de Bump - funky funky funky
- Turn it Again - Pretty long at 6 minutes and a double guitar solo at the end

Smashing Pumpkins - The Everlasting Gaze - Thats one nasty sounding riff

Soundgarden - Spoonman

Strokes - Juicebox

Tom Petty - Mary Jane's Last dance
