The leaderboards don't get my score! Help please!

I usually play offline, and when I get a high score I wanted to make it appear at the leaderboards. But it seems that I can only get a score on the leaderboard if I play the high score while connected to the internet.

I hold right now two top10 scores that didn't go to the PSN Leaderboards: thr 5th Tom Sayer score (232,319) and the 4th Black Hole Sun Score (don't remember it...).

Is there a way to make my top score go to the Leaderboards even though I got it while playing offline? Help please! Thanks in advance.

From everything that I've have read the answer is no. Could be wrong.

If you earn fans while offline with your band in World Tour, do the fans get added onto the Leaderboards when you connect next+? Or do you have to always be connected to the Internet?

And what happens then... are your fans reported on the Leaderboards different than in game, or what? S=
