If you hook up on the net, wouldn't you be able to have 2 people on a PS3 and 2 people on a XBox 360? Or any other combonination?

No, cross-system play is already ruled out for now.

I don't think it's been announced, but that's what I'm hoping. The problem is, it's under different online services (PSN and XBL) so it'd be PSN accounts and XBL accounts. I don't know if that's a problem or if they'd play on different servers. I hope you can play 360 with PS3 though.......

No, cross platform play will not work. But any combination of online/offline play is available one each system.
