Alright so a couple nights ago I was playing and once I hit the the whammy bar it just snapped and now it doesn't bounce back up.

Any advice what do to now?

Get a new one on the way via the warranty system.

While you wait for it to come, get a heavy duty rubber band, like the kind used to hold asparagus spears together.

Loop one end over the strum bar, and the other end under the strap on the strap button.

No need to disassemble the guitar, this is an external fix.

Proceed to rock as normal.

It will work better than new.

One problem, I'm not sure which issue to select.

My Fret Button aren't working properly.
My Strum bar isn't working properly.
My Guitar doesn't work properly.
I received the wrong guitar.

I would go with option 3, but I dont think it matters much, they replace them no questions asked at this point.

I am on my 3rd or 4th, they are finally starting to hold up now, they have most of the bugs out.
