1) Don't buy the game cause the gear doesn't stand up to the normal abuse of playing. Two out of three of my friends had to get both the guitar and drums replaced within a month of buying the game.
2) Tech Support is zero when it comes to asking a question and getting an answer.
3) Downloadable content will not work properly after you get a replacement console and you know you will have to if you have a Xbox.
4) They don't really care they just want to make there money now and move on.

That is your opinion. You find that you can't get the downloadable contex back when you need a console change?
Well is that not your fault? If you find the X-box breaks why not go for the safer option and get a PS3 I have both so not biased in any way on that matter.
You are just having a overall moan about the game when in fact it is your choice of console. And to do with the breaking of equipment what do you expect they are not the real thing so don't smack them about.

aeech you really need to calm down and wait your full 24 hours, or actually place a phone call to the right people before you complain. rockband cant fix your problem its an issue with microsoft so call up microsoft and calmly talk to them and im sure you will be fine.
As to the comment on buying a ps3 over a 360 because its going to have a longer shelf life. I can't see where you can say this. IMO both systems have there flaws and eventually they will both break down just like the other. It might take longer with for one console then it did with the other but thats how thigns work. for instance I bought a 360 and a ps3 around the same time. ps3 burnt out in less two months and the 360 is still alive 6 months later

I say it from experience I have had 3 360 consoles two of which broke with the whole red rings and so on, and I have had one ps3 not had any problems with it.
I still have one of each but I find the PS3 more reliable.

I totally agree with you. I personally won't buy a PS3............ flame away all you want but I just do not like Sony, never have..... never will.
Listen......... any time you go to a store and buy an item you are taking a 50 - 50 chance that the item may be defective........ That's life.

I don't know about this for 360, but on PS3 the PSN keeps a record of all purchases and you can download them as many times as you need to. So if you get a new console you should be able to re-download them. Yes I've had to get a guitar replaced, too, but I heard the next gen guitars are much more reliable. They aren't making money off of selling broken instruments, so I don't know where your head is at. AND THIS IS THE PHASE FORUM WTF.

I think your problem is that you're trying to run it on the Xbox or PS3. I've found that Phase runs a lot smoother on iPods.
