A few ideas for somewhat "goth" music to go with the somewhat goth clothes. ( Hey, i said somewhat. I doubt we'll get any Cruxshadows or Razed in Black)

The Cure 3 pack
1. Inbetween Days
2. Push
3. A Forrest

Depeche Mode
1. Enjoy the Silence
2. Policy of Truth
3. Never Let me Down Again

HIM
1. Sweet Pandemonium
2. Heartache every moment
(i'm going for feasible here, give me a break. At least i didn't say MM)

I would not call the Cure Goth but they are still needed in the game. Nice song choices too btw. But I miss Fascination Street.

True, but then again it depends on who you ask. Not really goth music, but definitely an influence for some. Then again could just be me... Now if only we could get some Voltaire :)

Actually i have nothing against Marilyn Manson. I enjoy quite a bit of his music, but it seems that a lot of people automatically think of Marilyn Manson when they hear "goth". I put that in there for the other .01% of people on the boards who have any idea on who bands such as Bauhaus, Bella Morte, ThouShaltNot, and The Last Dance are, and don't consider Manson as goth.

I can't think of anything more goth in 1982 than Pornography by The Cure, except maybe Bauhaus. It's probably one of the most influential goth albums of the entire genre. Unfortunately when people think of The Cure, they usually only associate Just Like Heaven and In Between Days with the band.
