View Full Version : Poor Service from EA Sports, makes me kinda wish I never got this game..

Back in December, I baught the game and within a a couple weeks, I experienced issues with the strum of the guitar, I contacted them and they sent me an empty box. I shipped my guitar back to them. And I waited.... And I mean waited, now Jan 10 I called them up asking where my guitar is, and they have no record of where it is, and neither does UPS. So they said they will send me a new one through express. I get the box a couple days later. And literally it is just a BOX. No guitar. Like they said there should be and the packing information said there should be a guitar. I call them up again asking what the hell is going on, and they said sorry repeatedly and they said they will send me another one, but the server was down, so once it was back up they would post the request and have it to me as soon as possible. It has been over 5 days. And I have yet to see any message from them regarding a new shipment to me. Seriously what heck! Could a company screw up so many times?

yea they can... they're overwelmed with replacements atm because as they have admited the equipment is junk. being so busy means screw ups are going to happen, yeah it sucks when it happens to you, and hell yes it sucks when it happens to you 2-3 times, but do try to keep in mind how much it sucks for them having to replace ALL of the guitars pretty much

I'm Canadian and don't have a credit card so I haven't even gotten to put in the service request yet.
