Duets? or Backing singing?

I was thinking will some songs give the option for more than one singer or get someone to do backing kinda like Pete Townshend did in the Who?

Looking at the interface, and how it's only 1 board for the vocals. I think it's going to be set to just one singer. As someone said, you can have people saying stuff into the mic during the "freestyle" parts of the song where it's all green with no words.

But I doubt you can have 2 different mics singing at the same time. It's setup so that the computer only picks up on 1 voice as it is.

I don't think this feature will make it in.

Umm... there's no reason you can't do this now. I've had a Rock Band party where two people did it. You just share the microphone. Most of the time (they were quite drunk) they just both sang into it at the same time.
