How would you feel if 'The Black Album' is the first Metallica Album Released for DLC

Even if Hanson was DLC I would prob buy it!!! Just seeing stuff announced makes my toes tingle!!

PS: Harmonix, maybe you could release some gameplay footage of some songs like that I can practice by doing some air guitar and drumming on my desk here at work!!!

Id get it just for unforgiven, but it is still metallica so as long as they release more of their albums id be happy.

Agree with WingsOfStell on this one.
There are definitely some fun songs on the Black Album, so I put pleased. But I would be very disappointed if that's the only Metallica album that gets released.

The Black Album is what got me into them when I was a kid. I would definitely be pleased if it is Black, although Justice For All would be freakin awesome!

S&M live would be my all time favorite Metallica album for this game. Then it'd be Master of Puppets, then Ride the Lightning. I really hope I get to play Battery, or Trapped Under Ice, or Disposable Heroes, or Damage Inc., or Fuel...ooh I'm getting all tingly just thinking about it!

I'd be happy if they released the albums in order starting with Kill 'Em All. I would think the bassists out there would want this album a lot as well.

I would be happy as hell if they get some Metallica albums for DLC, but if The Black Album is the first... I would still buy it, there's some good tunes in that CD,

But, if its the only album to be released, I would be mad as hell.

Like, I would be happy as a pig in shyt if they released it for DLC and said something like "Don't worry hardcore fans, wait a few months" or something like that.

I would kinda.... maybe.... In another lifetime, consider getting Load, ReLoad or St. Anger if its a big bundle cheapo pack.

St. Anger would probably be the only album after 'TBA' that I would ever consider getting.

I'm ok with it, just as long as it's not the only one. The one i really want to see is Ride the Lighting... that would be awesome. Master of Puppets is a close second.

I've gotta side with the critics on this one and say Master of Puppets is their best. I wouldn't be TOO dissapointed with the black album though.

Considering I like Metallica but I'm not a huge fan, I voted pleased.

Its the one Metallica album that I listen to front to back. There are definitely Metallica songs that I enjoy more like "Fade To Black", but I would never buy "Ride The Lightning" as a whole or "...And Justice For All" just for "One".

So, yes, I would love to buy "The Black Album" as DLC. :cool:

I would be disappointed but since I expect it to be the first one, I would not be suprised. I would much rather have any of their earlier albums (especially Master of Puppets) than Black, but I would for sure still download and enjoy it.

"Happy as Hell" - not because it's my favorite album or even favorite Metallica album, but even if they announced an album by a band I hate, I'd be more than pleased. Every album announced is more content and along the lines of keeping the promise of weekly DLC.

Anyway, if it were announced, and I predict it will be (based on the current trend of album DLC and the mentioning of more Metallica material via DLC), I just hope they'll work backwards through the rest of the catalog and never go forward - cause after the Black Album, I stopped liking Metallica.

Or they could just release these 2:

It wouldn't bother me I think there are some good tracks on the Black album.. although i'm looking forward more to the first 4 albums, cant wait to play tracks like Seek n destroy, four horsemen, Fade to black, ride the lightning, master of puppets, disposable heroes, Battery, blackened, Justice, One, Harvester.
