Am I supposed to get a notification?

Ok well im a bit worried now, i mailed back the guitar around the 6th of january, and if i remember correctly it said that i was supposed to get an email confirming that Ea had recieved it.Well i still havent gotten one, the worst part is that in the next few days the i will get charged the $125, which sucks.So on average how long does it take to ship?

I never received any notification for any of my RMAs when they received the shipment. For future RMAs (and you will likely have more :) ) be sure to write down the UPS tracking number when you ship your stuff back (the one on the return address side of the shipping label). You can use the return tracking number as proof that they received the shipment.

You should also check support.ea.com and click on "My Questions" to see what the last update was for your RMA.
