How do I create a band on these forums??

I created a "Rocker" account no problem. But how do I create a "Band"?
Notice - I'm not asking how to do it in the game, asking how to do it on this website. Up at the top of the screen - I created an account under Rockers. How do I do the same thing for my band on the Band link?

The ability to create a band on the website does not currently exist. To see your band on the website you must link your XBox 360 or PS3 account to your Rocker Profile. Any bands created in the game will now appear in Bands Home and have their own profile page.
