wats the differance between it on ps2 and xbox?

I'm guessing you mean the difference between PS2 and the Xbox 360/PS3.

On PS2, the Band World Tour is basically a multiplayer version of the solo tour. You play a set of songs, unlock the next set of songs, and so on.

The PS2 version doesn't have the character creation so I don't think you gain money in the World Tour since you'd have no character to buy things for.

The traveling around the world aspect of the game and choosing which venue and gigs to play was also removed. That would probably mean that the gigs to gain the van, bus, plane, etc are probably gone.

Gaining fans was also removed I believe which you needed in the PS3/360 version to unlock new gigs/venues/songs.

I'm not sure if anything else was removed.
