Rock Band Drum Set

I am quite an avid drummer and I am looking forward to when Rock band is released in the UK (hopefully March).

When it becomes available will I be able to just purchase the game and the drum set. Or will I have to be forced into buying the whole rock band box set (inc. guitars, mic)?

Right now it's all or nothing. Stand alone guitars are scheduled to go on sale at the end of February, but I haven't heard on the drums.

However, I can't imagine the drum set selling for less than $100 U.S. due to the size (extra shipping costs) and materials used. Since the game itself costs $60 U.S. and you can get the complete package for $170 U.S., it would make more sense to get the package deal. You would, in essence, be getting the guitar and microphone for $10 U.S., and then have them for friends to use or to trade/sell back to the game store.

i was thinking of getting just the drums and game but for 30 bucks more you get a usb port, mic,drums,guitar,game and headset attachements.

totally worth it for 30 more bucks
