The band had been touring with The Shins for a few months and being a fan of The Shins I had heard their name thrown around every once in a while, but only recently had I had seized the opportunity to pick up their latest (and biggest) release Get Yr Blood Sucked Out. It's excellent stuff.

I was curious if anyone else has had a chance to listen to them (if you haven't, you definately should) and if you guys think any of their tracks would work in Rockband. The guitar tracks on any of their songs would be excellent for Rockband and the drums are exciting and fun as well, but the fact that vocals aren't prominent enough might be a problem.

The best song of theirs for Rockband, I think, would be 'Alive With Pleasure' from an older album 'Heat can Melt Your Brain.'

I saw Viva Voce opening for The Shins earlier this year I agree they are a good band but I don't think they would work in RB since there is only two band members Kevin(drummer), Anita Robinson (singer/guitarist). The Whites Stripes have the same dilema

I can see what your saying, but why would that be a criteria if they have a solid vocal, bass, guitar, and drum track? Is there some sort of reason a two person band would create be a problem? They never actually show the bands, do they?

Here's 'Alive with Pleasure' which is the one I think would work well in Rockband.
