Return Rock Band

I just bought my special edition rock band for 360 on wednesday, i need to know is it possible to return the whole thing to EA or something? because i know i cant return it to the retailer, so yeah i need to know if it is possible to get a refund.

everything is working good, i've played it once.

If it's not a warranty-related return, it's up to the policy of your retailer whether or not you're able to return it.
If you choose to buy stuff from a retailer that won't take back a product, that's your choice. If you then want to return that product, you're SOL.

Why in the world would you want to return Rock Band?! You played it once, everything worked fine, but you want to return it. Me is confused!
