For those that were offered the free game because of the guitar problems. The e-mail said everyone should have them by the end of Jan. . Just curious if people have gotten any yet.

I just got mine about five minutes ago. I picked Command & Conquer 3 randomly because I was just going to take it to Wal-Mart and tell them it was a gift without a receipt, but that was quickly shot down as the back of the box is absolutely trashed. Smashed to Hell and back. So unless mine was just shipping damage, I'd expect your free game to be damaged, cosmetically at least.

Your is most likely shipping damage stunner. The shipping package they used could have easily been smashed on by a box or something. Mine is perfect condition.

Even though mine is damaged, thats still good news for everyone else. I'm contacting EA Support about it and hopefully its resolved.

It was sent in a big white bubble-wrapped envelope with X-Press Pak written on it. It was sent UPS Ground, doesn't have a date on it anywhere that I can see.
