Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love - Van Halen Righteous
The Touch (old Transformers movie song) - Stan Bush
Don't Stop Believin'- Journey Has almost no guitar or drums for the entire first minute. Check out some Stone In Love, Wheel in the Sky, Any Way You Want It, Separate Ways (Worlds Apart), Be Good to Yourself, Lay It Down, Keep On Runnin', or Lights
I Dare You - Shinedown
Diary of Jane - Breaking Benjamin
Animal I Have Become - Three Days Grace
Pour Some Sugar On Me - Def Leppard
Heartbreaker - Led Zeppelin HELL YES
For Whom The Bell Tolls - Metallica
I Am a Real American (Hulk Hogan's theme music) - Some homeless guy
Roxanne - The Police
You Give Love a Bad Name - Bon Jovi Yes. This is good
2112 (the whole thing) - Rush :D
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
Jailhouse Rock - Elvis Presley Nice
Once - Pearl Jam
Rape Me - Nirvana
American Nightmare - Rob Zombie
Eat the Rich - Aerosmith
We Will Rock You/We are the Champions - Queen BAD choice. We Will Rock You is just vocals and clapping for 3/4s of the song, and We Are the Champions is vocals and piano (with a little drumming) for 1/2 the song. Go with I Want it All, Seven Seas of Rhye, Keep Yourself Alive, or Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Paradise City - Guns N Roses Eh, it's a bit repetitive. Nightrain, Civil War, and Garden of Eden would be better.
Lick It Up - KISS
Rock and Roll Band - Boston Awesome choice
Layla - Eric Clapton Also should have White Room from his years in Cream
Main Street - Bob Seger
Yankee Rose - David Lee Roth
Pretty good list, for the most part.

Anyway You Want It and Separate Ways are both very awesome songs, I just believe the whole world was screwed over when Don't Stop Believing was omitted from Encore. But your point is taken, and if I had to replace the song, Separate Ways would replace it.
As for Queen, you are correct again, sir, I Want It All is a great choice. So would Under Pressure, but personally Princes of the Universe would be a great and unexpected addition.
Nightrain is probably my favorite GNR song. But Paradise City is 6 and a half minutes of (yes, repetitive but pure, raw) rock. It would get really awesome when everyone has to speed up at about the 4 minute mark (the point when it seems that all the speed they took kicked in). Mr. Brownstone is also one that would rock to play. My Michelle too.
I've added more songs...check them out too!

2112 (the whole thing) - Rush
As big of a rush fan as I am I have to say I think people would be whining//complaining//crapping their pants if they had to play that whole thing lol. But I'd go for it :P.

True, I'd love to see this song in any music game though. If people are gonna whine you can always use the parts to the song as a checkpoint. So once you get past Temples of Syrinx you don't have to play it again if you restart...plus I think the drum players (the other three players can go grab a coke and a smoke) would crap their pants faster if they saw Rhythmn Method in the game...God knows I would.

I'd rather have Working Man or By-Tor and the Snowdog than Tom Sawyer. Don't misunderstand me, Tom Sawyer is a great song. I just like Working Man and By-Tor & Snowdog better.
There isn't a creature alive that would make me change Voodoo Child. I really think it's just the intro that makes me want it so bad, but Purple Haze is a great song.
Another KISS song? I Was Made of Lovin' You? Love It Loud? Shout It Out? I would say New York Grove but that's mostly clapping.
Helter Skelter would be another great Beatles song now that I think of it.
And I'm starting to think Breakdown would be a better Breaking Benjamin song. Or maybe Evil Angel. Or Polyamorous. Oh well either way, my list rocks...still need some Tool, Chili Peppers, STP, and a boat load of other bands in there though.
Motley Crue? Dr. Feelgood or Live Wire hands f---ing down!
