Wheres my guitar?

this isnt a rant, im just wondering - How do i go about finding out if they sent my new guitar yet?

i sent them my old one already.

is there a number i can call or something?

You can call EA support (forget the number off the top of my head, but it's in the back of your Rock Band manual) or visit their website at http://support.ea.com/rockband

RMAs are done best, fastest, and with the least errors through the website vs over the phone. If you have an account you can view "My Questions" to see statuses of RMAs and such.

Sometimes of course a website doesn't cut it and you have to either pick up the phone to EA or PM EAxViolet here on the forums.
