Okkkkk this is kind of a long story but I am going to give you the short version... I will say this about EA for the most part their support department has been good. The non indian division that is

On January 2nd my guitar broke the strummer of course... Like a good customer I asked the box shipment... I sent it

January 23th my drum pad developed a bubble on the red drum. I called EA and ordered the express shipment. Since I had not received my guitar I asked about it they said they had no record of it. So they shipped me out a drum set and a guitar expressed. The guy on the phone said that I may receive two guitars and I wouldnt have to send them back.

January 25- Two boxes arrive and they were both in the shape of a guitar. I called EA they said they misshipped the guitar for the drums and that I would have to send the guitar back. Which was fine. They said they were going to ship me out another drum set.

Yesterday I received yet another guitar making it 3 guitars I have.

I called EA today and well I can keep the two that they have sent me. I do have to return the one that was sent from the express. So now I have 2 guitars and well when the drums finally arrive they said I dont have to ship back the drums.

I suspect they outsource late at night and on weekends. I did my drum replacement on a sat night with India and my guitar that same night online and the guitar arrived in 5 days while the drums took 2 weeks. The longest 2 weeks of my life, lol.

I think they outsource some of the calls to the Phillipenes not India because the CSR at EA said he would call me back manilla time at so and so.

I think although I wont believe it until I see it but they did say that I could keep the other drum pad. Like I said I will believe it when I see it
