Combinations between GH3 and Rock Band's setlists

I've been looking at the newly revised GH3 setlist and couldn't help to wonder: is there any chance that Harmonix brings Welcome to the Jungle back to Rock Band?

I say based on the following:

-> First, Rock Band released a preview build with Welcome to the Jungle.
-> Then, Activision announces WttJ is gonna be in GH3, and Harmonix then takes the song off the Rock Band setlist.
-> Now I look at the GH3 setlist and see there's gonna be Mississippi Queen, Paranoid and Reptilia there - three songs already announced for Rock Band. So, what would be the point on taking Welcome to the Jungle out of Rock Band again?

So, what do you think?
Especially, if HMXSean (our direct link to Harmonix) can answer, I'll be grateful.

It would be awesome. But one thing. Welcome to the Jungle never was going to be in Rock Band. The video was a leak of an old version. It was never supposed to get to the public. They never got the rights to Welcome to the Jungle.

I'm sure they wanted to have the song in the game, but for whatever reason didn't. Who knows, it still could possibly be in there. But yea he is right ^, we were never supposed to even see that.

Who knows, maybe it's still in the game, they just haven't announced it yet!

You'd be right, except for the fact that WttJ was never on the Rock Band setlist to begin with. It was on an early build of the game, but as far as we know they never obtained licensing for it.

it'll be interesting to see the note progressions between GHIII and Rock Band for both games.
