Kick Pedal Problems?

I was wondering what were some common problems with the kick pedal and which ones fall under warranty? Mine has started to miss notes and stuff....and to be honest i think its on the verge of snapping. I am so afraid of sending it in because i sent my guitar in 2 weeks after the game came out and still havent gotten in back so...but im working on that one...

Rumor had it that the sensors on the first rev of the pedals were kinda fickle. Mine was generally fine when I used it.

I don't think the pedals have the same backlog the guitars have. I would be less concerned about the timing on it, but do an express RMA if you don't want any downtime.

I did a regular (not express) RMA on my bass pedal. They sent me a box with the pedal in it first, and I sent back the old one in the same box. Took about 3 days, and I never had to go without the pedal :)
