To be honest I think the makers have done a good job with the set list so far. I'd have to say that I'm satisfied with it to an extent. With that said, I'd be perfectly content with what ever was on the game as long as one song from each of these bands got on the game.
Heaven and Hell - Black Sabbath w/ Dio
Neon Nights - again sabbath w/ Dio
Rainbow in the Dark - Just Dio
I think that any song by Dio would be an excellent contribution to the 80's part of the game as well as a good vocal feature w/ decent parts for all instruments. To be honest I'm a little surprised that Dio hasn't been selected yet.
Stricken - Disturbed
That's really the only song from them that I'd like to see.
Master Exploder - Tenacious D
Beelzeboss - Tenacious D (Maybe not because of all the swearing but it'd still be fun to do)
Any Tenacious D song would be fun really but I don't think that they can make the cut because of how much they swear in all of their songs. I also probably wouldn't put them in the career mode but definitely in the bonus tracks if they could get away with it.

I'd like to see "Give It Away" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Such a jammin song.

Yeah... If i had to choose a chili peppers song I think i'd like to play Snow(Hey Oh). It may not be very heavy but I just dig that guitar part.

You know man, everyone has their own opinions and that's cool.
Personally, I feel that dio is a better singer than ozzy and a better singer for the type of music that sabbath plays. Don't get me wrong or anything, ozzy has a good voice and all, but i don't think that there's a singer living or dead that can match Dio.

agreed
but ozsabbath was obviously the better incarnation though lets be honest here folks. nothing can match the first 6 albums, not even the power of dio's vocie

true.
However, you have to look to the fact that when the band kicked ozzy out, it wasn't him that made sabbath what they were. Dio made the band more successful during his short run with them. And when he left, that's really when sabbath began to fall in to the shadows of the rock scene.

ya i know but i don't care so much as the success as much as i do the quality of the music :D
the first 6 sabbath albums destroyed all souls, then they slipped with the last two, then dio came in and destroyed whatever souls were left to be destroyed, and mob rules was cool but whatever. then ian gillian came in and thats when the **** storm really started :D
