hmm not sure probs old will be better for a band because it has the whole band audible most of the time instead the bass and drums sorta inaudible behind the guitar

I agree with you on Led Zeppelin, Dragonforce, Ozzy, and Van Halen. Metallica has already been confirmed.
All the others I disagree with you.
HIM is a terrible band not worthy of being in Rock Band.
Tenacious D would be fine, but because so much of their music has a truckload of swears, they'll re-make a version and it will be terrible. The only song I can see by Tenacious D in Rock Band would be Tribute, which I personally would love to see.

Pantera, Ozzy, Dragonforce, and Metallica would be great. the rest not so great. Maybe a slipknot song, and tenacious D would be a great bonus band.
