New Game Update

Noticed this week there was an update for rockband when I went to play one night. Can anyone tell me what was included in this update, I have not figured out what was in it yet?

There was no title update this week. Are you playing on 360? If so, sometimes you have to re-download updates after a while of not playing a game.

Is there a chance anyone has changelogs from the first patch(es)? I haven't seen what the heck each one does ever! I don't like installing updates I don't know what they do.

I would have agreed with the comment that when you don't play a game for a while you have to re-download certain updates, but I play rockband like everyday lol. So I am real curious what the heck it was for, cause it was one of those that say you can't play the game online if you do not install this update. And yes I am on a 360.

There wasn't a big worldwide update, something on your console must have been lacking an update (It seems like every so many games played it deletes the oldest update)

Some arcade games require you to do an update for refresh/leaderboard reasons. Did you play Tetris, Lumines, or any other games like that, Street Fighter, Puzzle Quest... those games force updates when entering the game, and then redo the update whenever you go back into CD Software games... it happens all the time.
