What other games do you guys play?

I personally enjoy RPGs, from the grandiose Freeform RPGs of the west to the linear and cutesy RPGs of the East.

So what about you guys? This general section has not had a new post for 3 days, so let us get it going.

I spend most of my gaming time in the arcade playing Pump It Up (dance game).

I sadly don't spend as much time as I'd like playing games at home. If I did, I'd be in the RPG boat with ya along with an assortment of other games (I enjoy most genres).

And oh, I used to play WoW.

A lot of racing (NO NFS), a lot of action/adventure, a lot of FPS (though I suck online). Occassionally I'll play some kind of RPG, but it has to be highly non-traditional. Think Legend of Legaia.

Legend Of Legaia was an extremely traditional RPG, almost every RPG from Japan is traditional.

I play mostly sports games. Just got MLB 07 The Show and it has spent a lot of time in my PS2. Otherwise, I like some FPS, GTA, and my wife and I like to play a little DDR.

DDR makes me so very tired, it is one of the reasons that I prefer Rhythm games that don't require me to stand up.

Legend Of Legaia was an extremely traditional RPG, almost every RPG from Japan is traditional.

Let me expand my description a bit. When I said non-traditional, I meant by way of the battle system. The linking of fighter moves in Legaia is what drew me to it, as well as the color-coded battles of Chrono Cross, and the turn-based strategy of FF Tactics. I simply cannot stand having to fight everything that I come across in order to get better at waiting around for my turn. Attack>Bug 1>Wait>Ad Infinitum.

I am going to be very specific(seeing as I am too young to drive, I am stuck in the house with my lazy dog and my video games.)
FF7 is my favorite game of all time.
I like free roaming games a lot(but for some reason I hate GTA, Saints Row is better)
I like war games,real or fake(ex. Call of Duty, Gears of War)
I suck at Splinter Cell games but I love them(I haven't played DA yet.)
every game Harmonix has developed is awesome(and I am not trying to suck up, I'm serious) Weirdly, at one point, my brother was one of the best Amplitude players in the nation.
I am currently playing Crackdown, and it is awesome
I love sports games(football in general)but I can never beat any of my brothers(except when I played my brother in Madden '07-Bengals=me, Jaguars=him-and I was getting killed, so he purposely missed an extra point to make it seem close, and I came back to win 70-69, it was funny as hell)
Dynasty Warriors Series=awesome.-2nd best series behind FF(GH/Freq &Amp are a close 3rd)

Action/adventure mostly, some RPGs. The GTA series is one of my favorites, as is Legend of Zelda. The Metroid games are awesome as well. As far as Playstation exclusives go, I'm a big fan of the God of War, Ratchet and Clank and Resistance franchises.
