First off I'm in Canada if that makes any difference. Anyway, the instructions say there is supposed to be a "packing list" and stickers in the zip lock bag. There are only two stickers. I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do here. I have one with a to address for EA, so I assume that goes on the outside box, do I just put the other sticker on the inside box?
PS: These new drums are terrible. They double register even more than my first ones. Should I wait until I get a confirmation that they got my old drums before I do a second RMA?

Unfortunatly I can't answer the first part. Hopefully someone who's had experience with the Canadian RMA will pop in and help you.
For the second part though, it's unlikely RMAing the drums will help you. My guess is that you had a QM model of drums, and you received another QM model of drums (You can figure out your drum model via the link in my sig). If that's the case, then that's just the way they work. If you want them to not do that, then I would look into some damping mod, like the sock mod.
Find more info on the sock mod here: http://rockband.scorehero.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=34656

My first kit was QM and it played like a dream. Just incredible. No double registers, no problems with rolls. Nothing. At least for the first two months. Then the green started dropping notes and now the yellow double registers. It's really sad.
My new kit is EL and, right out of the box, they are god awful. Constantly miss notes regardless of how hard or soft I'm whacking the pad.

Ah, you were saying double registers on your new kit not dropped notes, hence my confusion.
I suspect if the green was working fine but started dropping notes over time, you probably damaged the sensor. Did you have pads on it?

Oops. Didn't mean to put double register. Meant drop notes.
Anyway, I just played my QMs stock. No pads or anything.

Well, if it was only the green pad in your QM, I would say it would be "unfortunate" if the sensor from the new EL were to fall out of itself and land inside the QM in place of its green sensor which would then fall back into the EL which would go back to HMX in the box.
But that doesn't fix the yellow pad. I'm wondering if there's a crack in the head of the yellow pad on your QM?

Heh. This sounds a bit outside of my level of technical expertise.

Ah. Nevermind then. Were something to fall out of the ELs though, there's plastic discs over the bump stops at the bottom of the yellow and blue pads that would be really swell if they DID peel off and fall out. Stranger things have happened.

:D Thanks for the info. I'll see if I can find someone who can look into this "accident."
