How about some power ballads

hey all,

Am i the only one that would like to see some power ballads?? Probably the best powerballads came out of the 80s and i really have'nt seen any of them in any of the games Harmonix has released. So PLEASE consider some of the following:

Motley Crue: Don't go away mad (just go away), Home Sweet Home

Poison: Every rose has it's thorn, I won't forget you

Warrent: Sometimes she cries, Heaven

Skid Row: I'll remember you

Kiss: Forever, Beth

Steelheart: I'll never let you go

for the sake of not taking up more space i'll stop here, but there are many others. let me know what you guys / gals think and please add to the list.

P.S Any Tom Petty would be greatly appreciated!

Heck yea! I could do without any more Kiss, but I desperately need some power ballads. Oh, and add in Whitesnake as already suggested. I could really get into some of those. Great ideas!

I would love to see Beth and God of Thunder or anything else really. I wouldn't mind any Strutter, Psycho Circus, Deuce, Domino, God Gave Rock N' Roll To You, Love Gun, Lick it Up, Shout it Out Loud, Let's Put The X in Sex, or even Christine Sixteen.

Hey guys,

I'm surprised i got some much positive feedback! i was figuring a thread like this would getting burned in a heartbeat but i had to let my opinion out. lots of good idea's coming up in here. I can't believe that i forgot to put Miles Away - Winger in my original post. That song would be terrific. Let's keep on adding to this thread and get some ppl's attention.

But's let dive a little further for gameplay sake, every great power ballad includes one hell of a guitar solo in the middle of the song. Plus the vocals would be pretty sweet as well. Drums.....well, we can't have everything, but overall they are quality songs for every part of the gameplay.
