Or do the new drums sound like ****, but the older ones definitely sound better.

Secondly, the new drums almost seem cheaplier? made, the clamps are tough as hell to clamp and make a load of noise.

I own and use both, and I definitely like my first drums better.

So, the thing is, I seem to have cracked my yellow pad, and i DO NOT want the new model, how do I go about getting the old?

Anyone want to trade me their older model for my new?

Are you refering to trading an EL model for a QM? Cause if that is the case I would be willing to trade my crappy QM model for a good EL one. That is unless the RMA I get is not an EL.
