View Full Version : 3rd drum set to have pads that don't detect rolls/fast succession of notes

This one has the problem with multiple pads right out of the box I got today. The problem is not being fixed people--what good is a warranty service if it just keeps replacing faulty merchandise with faulty merchandise?

I'm not going to defend the drums, but that's just how they're designed. While the design may be faulty, the drums themselves are doing what they were designed to do (At least in the case of the QM model). Continuing to RMA them isn't going to do anything but clog up the return system for people with drums that are actually broken.

If you don't feel like taping or sock modding your drums, you're stuck with them until such time as you hear of another drum model coming out.



So far all we've heard is that they're working on it, and there's no ETA on a new model. I'm sure when there is, it'll be big news.
