i thought you said anything after 1990 blows yet you have some of the ****tiest bands from this generation (killswithc, wolfmother, ratm, 311, collective soul, green day etc)

other than that the classics u have chosen seem good except the cars. would've chosen a manlier song like candy-o

pretty darn nice, some of it is a little overused (hotel california, confortably numb), but you're entitled to your own opinion :)

nice zep choice (sweet bass!)

also, I think you mean Layla by Derek and the Dominoes, unless you mean the acoustic version off Clapton's unplugged album, to which I apologize.

Again, nice list!

It may not seem like it but this list took me forever. I picked out the band first, and then listened to my favorites, picked about 5 from each band and then narrowed it down to the most well balanced song between the instruments and singing. I know its a little bit too heavy on the classic rock, but like you said, I'm entitled to my own opinion.

And I never knew Derek & the Dominoes did Layla. Sorry bout that.

how are hotel california and comfortably numb overused if they haven't been used in any game at all??

Haha, thats why I put The Cars first, and I had to choose some new bands, or else my poll ratings would be terrible. Those are the bands I listen to from this generation. I don't ever remember saying that any music blows. Unless it was emo, then I apologize to the emo nation and I take it back.

Nice work getting Bush, Gin Blossoms, and Oasis in! The rest is good overall but I would have chosen several different songs for particular bands. I'll reward it with a solid 7. You lose two full points for no Grunge bands whatsoever (except Bush) and another full point for no Pearl Jam in particular.

I'm sorry about the lack of variation, but it's what I would like to see.

There's some stuff I really like here, and some I really dislike. Still, it's a bit more creative than what I've seen from many, so I'll go with a 7.

I like Let's Go. That song was in Not Another Teen Moving when they're road tripping next door.

I would have given it a 0 but there wasn't that option unfortunately. I have one question: Where's the METAL?

It doesen't all have to be metal but FFS. If this was the actual song lineup I would NOT be buying this game!!!
