Why is everyone so upset about this. It's alright, before we know it, we'll be rocking to Rock Band. Just because nothing has been said yet, doesn't mean that nothing is ready. It just hasn't leaked yet, which, in my opinion, is better. And why would they announce anything when they have PAX coming up soon. More surprises for November and PAX.

I said it in a different thread. I'll say it again. They're pulling a 1-18-08 (If you dont know, don't ask, just search "1-18-08" in Youtube.). They want to keep it a secret so people will keep guessing. Almost everything is done, they are just waiting for Neversoft to finish releasing all their info, then we will retaliate. Nah, of course not you. Sorry if it was confusing. It was directed at the creator of this thread.

And just to add a bit more to what I was saying, Harmonix is not going to release all their info at once, and just because GH III has released 10 more songs or so, means nothing. Everything will come in good time. And posting about all the things you don't like about Harmonix in this way is not going to help your cause at all, and probably just cause you to lose respect on these forums.

Well, I think what HMX is going for is the element of surprise because thats what appeals to a lot of GH fans and such, yet, when the consumers such as everyone here know of what content is on the game to it's fullest, they'll what to buy it more that another game. This is happening with GH3 and RB because I know by the week before GH3 comes out, we'll probably know every aspect of the game; characters, venues, songs(well, except for all of the bonus songs, which are always nice surprises). With RB, they'll probably release more info about it between now and it's release, but, I do think that not releasing at least 75% of everything that the game offers before it comes out will lose sales in the beginning to GH3, but I don't think it's gonna have trouble selling at all. In fact, I think that, since the box for the game is gonna be bigger than usual boxes, seeing as theres a Guitar, drumset, mic, and game inside, stores like GameStop are gonna get limited supplies because they can only store so much in that stockroom(believe me, I work at one and ours is very small) and the rarity of them may be as much as the Wii for a short time.
Bottom line is that, either way(you know what's on the game or not) it's gonna come out regardless, so, I guess just chill out like everyone has to(Don't worry, I'm about to blow, I'm dying for this freakin' game.) ;D
