Eh, it would look too childish. Don't get all mad, I have a Wii, and refuse to get rid of it. But the Create-a-rocker mode is probably more customizable. Plus, they look cooler.

The Mii avatars are really, really limited and poor-quality graphics, It would be like rockin out w 8 bit characters....wait that might not be so bad...get the final fantasy I red mage on drums...fighter on bass...monk on guitar...sweet

I'd rather that when they linked your Mii to your characters in game, you could give your Mii jeans, All Stars, aviators, and a pompadour :cool:

As far as performing on stage, I like the way it is, and would rather have my Miis stay a bit removed.

I am an adult and I love the Wii, but I don't think Miis really fit well with Rock Band, I rather use the custom character creater thats already in the game.

They play baseball well enough. As soon as they hit the ball their legs fall off and they hop around the bases. I'm sure their magic could let them play guitar ;)

As with a good majority of the replies to this thread, I am rather opposed to being able to use your Mii. Yeah, Miis are cool for Wii Sports and the like, but Rock Band has a creat-a-rocker ability built right in. The Miis would just look out of place. However, could be funny to have a Mii in your band with all of the realistic-looking equipment and other regular band members. Great idea for online play, just to mess with some people.

In short, I'm neither for or against it.

I don't even have a Wii. I use Nintendo WFC on my DS for Mario Kart.

I'll be getting Rock Band (and later GH3) for Xbox 360 because the PS3 is a $500 paperweight, in my opinion. Well, I'll be getting Rock Band for 360 once I get the 360, lol.

I do agree, that system does seem to suck. However, the only online game on Wii is Pokemon Battle Revolution, so who really cares?

I bought a Wii just to play Zelda games.. And was well worth it. a better 250 was never spent. But not for Rock Band. Would be a bit of a waste to even bother coding it up.

Stupid little avatars that look like the lego people. you can create them and make them look like whatever you want and send them to friends and stuff. They are the game characters used in some games like the Wii Play games.

Wiis online is not horrible thats your misconception, Friend codes are being phased out (look at Strikers) and completely nonexistant in EA games, and why would there be no DLC? There is room for songs via SD cards and Its almost certain that Nintendo is bringing a bigger hardrive soon. Are you some sort of biased fanboy? IMO with the current lineup of games coming up this year for all the systems it seems like a terrible time to chose sides.

Honestly people, why don't you want a Wii version? It doesn't even affect the ones that say no, while it affects me and a few others who only have a Wii. So stop being a little a$shole and stop saying all your little comments, because the people who want RB on Wii and I could care less.

I guess a sad truth for me is that even if a Wii version was announced, I doubt I could wait that long to play this game...

... and the majority of my friends are picking it up on the 360, so I'll be buying a 360 anyway for this and other games (Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, NHL '08, and so on).

Did you read my post at all? There wouldn't have to be friend codes; none of the upcoming EA sports games use friendcodes why would RockBand have to? Also songs could be downloaded to an sdcard, GH3 on the Wii will have downloadable songs btw.
