Hi everybody. :)
When I go check the Rock Band online Leaderboards, I notice that the rankings are made with the number of "Trueskill Rating. Now, I deeply wonder what it is, cause I'd really like to get first on the Leaderboards...lol jokin. But still, that would be awesome, even if I don't think it'll happen cause I don't know how to get first. So could anyone tell me what is Trueskill Rating? Thank you.

Only the XBox has "Trueskill Rating". It's not part of Rock Band, it's part of XBox Live -- Microsoft built it into the network. It's a way of ranking players bassed on... a metric ton of math. You can do a search at Microsoft to read up on the formulas they use.
But the upshot is, it goes up to, what, about 50 or so tops? But it's really crazy hard to get it that high. I think you'll find out that your climb slows to a crawl in the mid 20s or around 30 tops. The only way to make it go up is to win ranked matches.

I'm wondering when you play ranked matches and you get your rank, does it factor in the difficulty your playing at.
For example, say someone is playing on expert and they are a 31, and there is another player on hard that is also a 31. Does the expert player get a higher ranking on the leader boards due to the difficulty they are playing at?

I dunno what you meant, but ranked matches are only between people playing the same difficulty. You can't play someone on Hard and you on expert.
Now if you mean on the leaderboards, who would be ranked higher someone who got a 31 while playing hard as opposed to someone who got their 31 playing Expert.
I'm not completely sure but I think the person who is closer to 32 would be ranked higher up on the leaderboard.

Yeah Grey, I had the same confusion when I first read that post.

But after reading it several times, I came to the conclusion that this ^^ is what they're asking. And I think you've got it right, difficulty makes no difference in the Trueskill Rankings.
