This was posted on Kotaku, I didn't see anyone else post about it, so I thought I would (correct me if I'm wrong)
http://kotaku.com/gaming/it-stings/best-buy-crushes-dreamsrefunds-60-rock-band-pre+orders-287778.php
"To those who placed preorders before Best Buy quickly caught the mistake, the company has issued this statement:
Unfortunately, our website incorrectly stated that the Rock Band accessories were included with your video game purchase. This is incorrect and we have updated the website to accurately reflect that the accessories are not included with this purchase. As a result, your order will be canceled if you haven't already canceled it, and you will not be charged for this item."
So it looks like they didn't have to hold up to their promise to honor the price they put the game at. $60 bundles were definately too good to be true, it was worth the try, but sadly anyone who did this is going to have to buy it for the same somewhat-expensive price as the rest of us.

60 would be a little unusual of a price.

Who would actually believe that they could get the bundle for $60? That's ridiculous. Businesses are supposed to earn money, not lose it.

This topic conveniently leaves out the free $5 Best Buy gift card everyone who pre-ordered it for $60 got. I never thought I'd get away with the $60 bundle, but I thought I'd get something. And $5 is enough to make me happy. :D

You should see all the self-righteous and sanctimonious people on Joystiq who thought they could actually abuse this.
It was obviously an error, even the news story conceded that, so why go trying to cheat an obvious misprint? If as little as 1,000 people ordered at that price Best Buy would lose $140,000, how many retailers would tolerate that?
Now Best Buy has had its share of shady business practices to be sure, but that doesn't justify this type of crap. Two wrongs do not make a right and all that jazz.

So does this mean there's going to be no guitar-game bundle? $60 is just going to be for the game only, and guitar will be separate? Ouch

No it doesn't mean that. nothing has been confirmed it's all guess work at this moment in time but my guess would be, you can buy the game on it's own if you want, but you can also get it with any of the controllers or all of them in one bundle, plus pricing hasn't been confirmed either so that's guess work by the stores.

That's not what this thread is referring to dont' worry. Best Buy incorrectly advertised an entire bundle (guitar, drums, mic, game) as being $60. Which was a misprint.
Nothing is confirmed whether or not they'll have individually bundles for just an instrument + game.
