I got an email from Gamestop today that said the release date has changed to 11/1...
I wonder if this could mean that the game will be released early as well?
Probably not. I am fairly certain there has been no "set in stone" release date so I guess anything can happen.

That just means Gamestop pulled a number out of a hat, and this time it was 1 instead of 6.
I don't believe it from Gamestop until it's been confirmed.

Usually when a game is announced to come out a certain month, retailers place it at the first of the month. In this case, November 1st. Don't take anything for fact until it comes from Harmonix or EA themselves.

My thoughts exactly.

yeah, I saw that to.
Does that mean that any of the other instruments and the bundle of course will release on that date?

GameSpot used to take pre-orders and have a release date for Duke Nukem Forever.
This date hasn't been announced, so they're just guessing.
