Well this comes from the idea of creating your own band online and all of that. Well they should let you make your own "legal" custom songs for the band that you made or are in aand then do that battle of the bands thing with "your bands" customs with other bands customs. The way you would win is the people that are watching/spectating vote for who they think is the best one.

Great idea, but there are too many obstacles to make it real (legal issues, console file system security issues, complexity of putting a master record into the game, etc). =/

I would certainly spec a "battle of the bands" like that.

i mean like it could be the same kinda uploading to a server kinda thing like they did with that one tony hawk game where you take a picture of urself then send it to an e-mail address on your computer then download it within the game. Then that way there wouldnt be any legal issues and what not b/c the place u upload it too would have to be checked over by the mods to see if its ok and to see if it doesn't violate any of the rules and regulations and/or copyright infringements.

If they DID do it that way then they would have to release 2 different versions of the game; one for regular guitar hero like playing and the other for a band making there OWN songs and stuff. Also BOTH versions are capable of spectating bands battling.
