Please give us some machine head! the only good band in the thrash pack is haunted, and machine head is much better by pretty much anyones standards...
their singer actually sings and screams, so it wont have to be yelling the same note the whole time, and everyone else in the band is great at what they do, but dont go overboard so the songs wouldnt be ridiculously hard. they just put out the best cd of their carreer, so it would be perfect.
Just give songs like "Now i lay thee down" or "Halo" a listen to, and tell me they wouldnt be fun to sing and play along with...
i hope harmonix is peaking at all these threads, and im sure they've got someone doing that. if you're going to put metal in there, please put some good metal that people will buy, so that we dont get a bunch of haters saying "no one likes metal", just because the song choices were bad...
